Signature and Avatar Guidelines
Currently there is no set signature limit but use wise judgment in when putting a signature on your profile. Anything too large or too much of an eye sore will be notified and changed by a moderator. The resulting actions will then be notified to the user via PM. The reason for signature limitations is for the fact of bandwidth and general page loading.
We suggest no signature larger than 150 x 500.
Avatars are automatically resized when uploaded onto your profile unless the desired file is smaller than the maximum size of the area for avatars to be displayed.
Seeing as this as a Rob Zombie and general horror related forum, we won't be too strict about what can be seen in both avatars and signatures. Though gratuitous sexual themes, vulgar/overly pervasive images and general prejudiced statements in either will not be accepted and may be subject to change by a mod or admin without question.

Posting Photos and embedding Youtube videos
Posting a photo or embedding a video in a thread is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
To post a youtube video add this html code - [youtube] [/youtube] - around the video url. There is no other way to place the code around the url (at the moment) other than to manually type it.
To post a photo click the html shortcut button in the posting module while you have the photo url highlighted. You may also wish to type it manually by adding the html code around the url by typing - [img] [/ img] (remove the space between / and img]).
Word Usage
As with most real life situations we accept the usage of vulgarity. But there are words that under no circumstances will be tolerated. Anything subjected as firepower against sex, ethnicity or sexual orientation will not be tolerated. Common sense will tell you what this applies to.
Private Messaging
Not much to be said about Private Messaging, aka PM, other than to keep it clean and send no discriminatory PMs without any reason. There is no reason to send a rude PM to begin with but if you get one alert an official immediately.
To view your inbox and send messages go to the main navigation bar and click the link that says "You have (insert number here) new messages."

Media Downloads
The uploading of material is indeed a tricky topic. If any remix, b-side or video you'd like to share isn't released officially then we welcome you to post it. If you aren't sure of the file's origins then please ask a moderator to help you in determining if you may post it or not.
We prefer to use the main file hosting site such as - mediafire, megaupload, sendspace, yousendit and rapidshare. We won't gripe if it is not one of those hosts but keep those names in mind.
The Who's Who of the Perversion 99 Administration
This forum currently has and will always feature at least the two initial administrators, one being myself, but more may come in the future if needed. Below is a knowledge on who does what.
Phantom Stranger - Initial creator and financial aid for the forum and its functions. He is to be the main source for tech support and questions surrounding the forum if there is any. Seek him out if you have a problem through this part of the forum or by PM.
Captain Spaulding - Initial partner to Phantom Stranger as an administrator. He is to be the main force with upholding the forum socially and through threads. He is often to be more frequently patrolling the boards than Phantom Stranger. He can also serve for tech support when Phantom Stranger is unavailible. he is also the main layout and web designer behind the forum , its Myspace, twitter, youtube and facebook profiles.
