RULES AND TERMS OF USE

Welcome to Perversion 99, here we will try to make a pleasant stay for all of our members and guests. We recommend that you read the rules below before posting.

1. Treat ALL members with respect, you will be warned once. If things continue you will be banned.
2. Absolutely NO discrimination towards other members or in general. Comments in that nature will result in banning without warning.
3. No uploading or posting of official copyrighted material. We want this forum to LIVE! and not to DIE! Uploading copyrighted material may result in this forum's death and we don't want that. Please refer to Bootleg areas of the forum for more information.
4. On the debate of uploading material, if any remix, b-side or video you'd like to share isn't released officially then we welcome you to post it. If you aren't sure of the file's origins then please ask a moderator to help you in determining if you may post it or not.
5. Please be sure to not spam the board, constant spam (other than in selected areas) won't be tolerated and will and may result in an automatic banning of your account and/or ip after 5 warnings of severe spam fueled posts.
6. Please do NOT double post. Wait at least 1 reply before posting again or a day apart from the last post, this is a rule for every SECTION and THREAD.
7. Make sure to post accordingly with the forums. Post the correct type of threads in the areas most suited for the context within. (Example - post a thread about a movie in See It! - Television & Films and not in See No Evil! - Video)
8. No public arguing unless appropriate, leave that to PMs. If anything happens forward it to an admin and we will discuss how to deal with it. Depending on the level of seriousness the outcome will be at minimum result a warning and a banning from the forum.
9. Download areas of the forum are invisible and inaccessible to non-members. Please join and you can download shows!
